CEED Application Form 2026 – IIT Bombay has closed the CEED 2026 application form.
The application was available with regular fee from Oct 1 to Nov 5. With a late fee of INR 500, applications were accepted till on Nov 10, 2025. The application was open online at ceed.iitb.ac.in. There is no CEED 2026 application correction window. So, one had to take the necessary precautions when filling out the form.
The CEED 2026 exam will be held on January 18, 2026. The CEED 2026 exam portal contains key information related to the exam, including information brochure, eligibility criteria, list of exam centers, etc. Carefully go through the guidelines before filling the form.
As part of the CEED 2026 application process, you had to get registered and create an applicant account. Then confirm your eligibility, fill in personal, academic, contact details, select THREE exam centers for CEED 2026, upload documents, and pay the application fee. Step-wise CEED Application Form 2026 Filling Process
The application form for CEED 2026 was open online at ceed.iitb.ac.in. The direct link to apply for CEED 2026 was provided here – https://ceedapp.iitb.ac.in/CEED/home.jsp.
Candidates who meet the CEED 2026 eligibility criteria may follow these steps to fill the application form.
How to apply for CEED 2026
- Register online – Go to ceed.iitb.ac.in and click on the “Registration Portal” tab. In the registration form that opens, enter details like name, email ID, mobile number, date of birth, and gender. You will also have to select and confirm a password. On successful registration, an applicant account will be created.
- Confirm your eligibility for CEED 2026 – Once you complete the registration process, you will be redirected to the ‘Eligibility Check for CEED 2026’ page. You will have to enter the following details – 1) Qualifying exam name, 2) Passing year, and 3) Mobile number.
- Fill in the form – Next, you will have to fill in academic, personal, and contact details.
- Upload documents – In this step, digital copies of signature, photograph, pass certificate, marksheets, PwD certificate (if applicable), caste certificate, etc. will have to be uploaded.
- Pay the application fee – Finally, pay the CEED application form 2026 fee to complete the application process.

The application fee has to be paid online using net banking, credit, or debit cards. The category-wise application fee for CEED 2026 exam is given below.

CEED Application Form 2026 – Correction Window
There is no provision to make corrections in the CEED application form 2026 once it is submitted. So, it is important that you take the necessary precautions when filling out the form. This include:
- Uploading the correct documents and as per the format & size specified
- Entering the correct details, like including marks as per the marksheets.
- Payment of application category. Note that if you choose the wrong category, the payable application fee can differ.
Any candidate who is found to be sharing counterfeit information or trying to mislead the admission committee could be disqualified. Further, legal action may also be initiated against such candidates.
What after CEED 2026 application closes?
Like we mentioned above, there is no CEED 2026 application correction window. So, applications will be considered based on information shared by candidates by November 5 (if applied under regular window) or November 10 (if applied under late window).
Such candidates who successfully filled out the form will be issued CEED 2026 admit cards on January 2, 2026.
The admit card is a mandatory for appearing in the CEED 2026 exam. Bring a valid photo ID proof along with the admit card on exam day.
