NEET Admit Card 2025 – NTA will release the NEET 2025 city intimation slip on or before April 26, 2025. It will be released online at neet.nta.nic.in. The direct link to download the NEET city slip will be provided here.
The city slip will notify candidates about the exam city they have been allocated.
However, the city intimation slip will not contain the name of the specific NEET 2025 exam center, nor will it be accepted as an alternative to the NEET 2025 admit card. So, it is mandatory for candidates to bring the admit card for entry into the exam center.
The NEET 2025 admit card will be released after the city slip (officially by May 1).
Download the admit card by using your application number and date of birth.
The pen-and-paper-based NEET 2025 exam will be conducted on May 4, 2025.
On the day of the exam, bring the admit card and a valid photo ID proof. The admit card will carry details like Roll No., name and address of the allotted NEET 2025 exam center, exam date and timings, reporting time, and exam-day guidelines.

NEET 2025 City Intimation Slip
The NEET 2025 City Intimation Slip will be released online at neet.nta.nic.in. The city slip will include the name of the exam city allocated to the candidate.
How to download the NEET City Intimation Slip 2025
To download the NEET city slip, follow these steps:
- Go to the NIFT exam portal – neet.nta.nic.in
- Click on the ‘Download NEET UG 2025 City Intimation Slip’ tab in the candidate activity section
- You will be redirected to a log-in window
- Enter your application number, date of birth, and password
- On successful log-in, you can download the city slip.
How to Download the NEET UG Admit Card 2025
NTA will release the NEET 2025 admit card (UG) on or before 01 May ‘ 25.
The admit card will be released online for all candidates who have successfully completed the NEET UG registration 2025.
The candidate can download the admit card by logging into the NEET 2025 admit card download portal using their application number and date of birth.
On exam day, the candidate must bring a printout of the admit card; softcopies will not be accepted.
To download the NEET 2025 admit card cum hall ticket, follow these steps.
- Go to the NEET 2025 exam portal
- Click on the NEET 2025 Admit Card download link
- A log-in window will open
- Enter your application number and date of birth
- On log-in, you can download the NEET 2025 Hall Ticket
- Download and take a printout of the scorecard

Unable to download NEET 2025 Admit Card – What to do?
The candidate might not be able to download the admit card due to a variety of reasons, some of which are mentioned below:

| Forgot password | Use the forgot password option given in the log-in window to retrieve the password |
| The log-in window won’t open | Check your internet connectivity. If it is not connected, connect it. If the connection is slow, wait till the signal improves or download it somewhere where there is good internet speed. In some cases, there may be an issue with the official server of the NEET 2025. In that case, NTA may release a notification and get the issue resolved at the earliest. |

NEET Admit Card 2025 – Affix Photograph
The candidates must follow the following instructions after downloading the NEET 2025 admit card:
- Take a coloured printout of the admit card
- Affix a passport-size photograph in the space provided; however, note that it has to be the same as the one submitted when filling out the NEET 2025 application form.

The following instructions are printed on the NEET admit card. These are general guidelines that candidates must follow inside the NEET 2025 exam center.
- Sign on the NEET admit card 2025 only inside the exam center and in the presence of the invigilator.
- NEET 2025 exam center reporting time – The ‘reporting time’ is mentioned on the NEET 2025 admit card. Report to the exam center at 11 am.
- How to check allotted exam center – Details and address of the exam centre allotted to the candidate can be checked on the admit card of NEET.
- Gate Closing Time – The entry to the exam centre will be closed at 1.30 pm. This means, any candidate reaching the exam center after this time will not be allowed to take the exam.
- BARRED Items – Items like geometry/ pencil box, calculator, log table, slide ruler, any paper or textual material, etc. are not allowed inside the NEET 2025 exam hall. Handbags, purses, wallets, electronic gadgets, calculators, watches, etc are also banned. Further, you mustn’t carry any eatables inside the examination hall.
- However, diabetic students are allowed to carry fruits/ sugar tablets.
- Drop the NEET 2025 admit card in a box placed outside the exam hall upon completion of the examination.
- You must leave the exam hall in a disciplined manner.
