Assam CEE 2025 exam will be held on April 27, 2025 (11 am – 2 pm). The exam will be held in a pen-and-paper-based mode and include 120 MCQs. Refer to Assam CEE 2025 exam pattern for more details.
Assam CEE exam 2025 will be held in TEN cities (Diphu center has been newly added). The name of the allotted exam center will be mentioned on the admit card.

Assam CEE 2025 Application Form
Assam CEE 2025 application form is now closed. The application was online at astu.ac.in from February 5 to March 9, 2025.
The candidate had to use genuine and verifiable information when filling out the form. Details entered in the form will be checked during Assam CEE 2025 counseling and seat allotment process.
If any candidate is found to be using misleading information, he or she could be disqualified. Further, criminal charges can also be brought against such candidates.
How to apply for Assam CEED application form
- Register for the exam – The candidate will have to get registered by entering details like email id, mobile number, name, etc. On successful registration, an applicant account will be generated.
- Fill in the form – Next, fill in your personal, academic, and personal details. Also, select a test center from the drop-down menu.
- Upload documents – The documents will have to be uploaded in the given format. Documents you have to upload include 1) Signature, and 2) Photograph
- Pay the application fee – This is the last step in the application process. Pay the application fee of INR 1350 online using (net banking/credit card/debit card).
Will there be a Assam CEE application correction window?
There will be no window/ option to edit the application form once it has been submitted. So do the necessary due diligence before you submit the application form.

Assam CEE 2025 Syllabus
Going by previous years trends, it is unlikely exam officials will release any official syllabus for Assam CEE 2025 exam.
However, candidates can refer to the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council/NCERT syllabus to prepare for the exam.
By carefully going through the syllabus, the candidate will get insights into the subjects, units and important topics for the examination. To make things easier, the candidate may segregate the topics into categories like easy, difficult, and moderate.
Also, make a study time table to ensure the syllabus can be completed on time.
The Assam CEE syllabus will consist of topics from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
Assam CEE Exam Center 2025
The Assam CEE 2025 exam will be conducted in 10 cities across Assam. The exam city – Diphu – has been newly added. The name and address of the Assam CEE 2025 exam center allocated to the candidate will be mentioned on the admit card.
The candidate can select their choice of exam city/ center when filling out the Assam CEE 2025 application form.

Assam CEE Admit Card 2025
Candidates who have successfully registered for the Assam CEE 2025 exam can download the Assam CEE 2025 admit card online at astu.ac.in. The admit card can be downloaded from April 12-23, 2025.
To download the admit card, follow these steps:
- Click on the admit card download link
- Log-in to the portal using your application number and password
- On log-in, you can download the Assam CEE 2025 admit card.
- Download and take a printout of the admit card.
On the day of the Assam CEE 2025 exam, you will have to bring the admit card and a valid photo ID proof.
The admit card will contain details like name of the candidate, exam date and time, exam center address, roll number, and exam-day guidelines.
Last-minute Tips for Assam CEE Exam
With barely a few weeks left for the Assam CEE 2025 exam, here a few things that can help you stay focused:
- Take short breaks between study sessions – It will significantly improve your focus while keeping stress at bay. If you study for 1 hour, you can say take a break of 10-15 minutes.
- Don’t start any new activity at this stage – This can even include taking fresh suggestions from your teacher or mentor, unless you really need it. It is not the time to learn anything new, but rather to enhance what you have already learnt. Fill the small gaps here and there, type!
- Stay motivated – It is important that you stay upbeat and positive. Staying away from negative and doomsayers can help immensely.
- Do quick revisions – If you are maintaining a note, it will come in handy for quick revision. Also, revise the important formulas and concepts.
- Don’t set any specific target – If you start thinking like, I will attempt this and that many questions, it will only put unnecessary pressure on you. Rather focus on the preparation, over which you have any control.
- Once inside the exam hall, attempt the easy questions first.
- However, if you get stuck even with an easy-looking question, don’t panic. It may and does happen sometimes. Rather take a deep breath and move on to the next question without wasting too much time.
- If you manage to complete the rest of the paper, you can come back and complete the remaining question.
- Ensure you have a good night’s sleep, especially before the exam day. If you come to the exam center sleep-deprived, it can cause havoc!

Assam CEE Answer Key 2025
Assam Science & Technological University (ASTU) will release the provisional answer key of Assam CEE 2025 at 6 pm on April 27, 2025. Considering the Assam CEE 2025 exam will be held from 11 am to 2 pm (on the same day), the answer key will be released within a few hours after the exam.
ASTU will release the Assam CEE 2025 answer key online on its exam portal. The direct link to download the answer key will be released here.
You don’t need any log-in credentials to download the Assam CEE answer key 2025. Simply click on the link to download the answer key PDF.
The provisional key will contain the official answers (or keys) to all the questions asked in the Assam CEE 2025 exam. So, you can compare your answers with those given in the answer key to calculate probable scores.
The candidate will also be given the option to challenge the provisional Assam CEE 2025 answer key. Note that challenges must be submitted within 48 hours of opening the online link.
The final answer key will be prepared considering student feedback. The Assam CEE 2025 result will be based on the final answer key of Assam CEE 2025.

Assam CEE Result 2025
The results of Assam CEE 2025 will be declared tentatively in May 2025. The results will be declared online at astu.ac.in. The candidate can check their results by following the scorecard link that will be provided on this page.
The candidate needs to log in to the result log-in portal using their application number and password.
The Assam CEE 2025 will be prepared by consulting the final answer key. The result-cum-scorecard will include details like the subject-wise and total scores, and the merit rank.
The Assam CEE 2025 scores will be used to shortlist candidates for Assam CEE 2025 counseling.
Assam CEE Counseling 2025
The counseling process for Assam CEE 2025 will commence soon after the results are declared. The counseling process will be conducted online and is open for candidates who qualify in the Assam CEE 2025 exam.
As part of the counseling process, the candidates must get registered, fill in academic options, and pay the Assam CEE 2025 counseling fee of INR 1000.
The Assam 2025 seat allotment will be based on merit rank of Assam CEE 2025 exam.
Candidates who are allotted seats will have to pay the seat-acceptance fee and confirm their seats. If the payment is not made within in the given deadline, the seat allotment will be cancelled.
