What is PTE Academic Online?
PTE Academic Online is an at-home, secure English proficiency test – accepted around the world for study.
The PTE Academic Online is the at-home version of PTE Academic.
Note that the PTE Academic Online uses the exact same test content, scoring, and format as PTE Academic in a test center.
PTE Academic Scores – Accessing and Sending Scores
Pearson will email you to let you know as soon as your scores are available. Then you simply need to sign in to your myPTE account (the same one you used to book your test) to see your score report.
The PTE Academic score report will contain the following details:
- Your personal details and photo
- Your Test Registration ID and Score Report Code
- Your overall score (between 10-90)
- A detailed breakdown of your performance, by Communicative Skills and Enabling skills

Academic Requirements
Pearson PLC Group, which conducts PTE Academic, doesn’t prescribe any specific academic eligibility criteria for appearing in the PTE Academic test.
PTE Academic Application Form
The registration or application filling process for PTE Academic is commonly known as SLOT booking. So, candidates who want to appear in the PTE Academic exam need to book their slots.
Note that to book slots for PTE Academic, you will need a valid passport. In fact, the candidate will be required to display their ID on the day of the PTE Academic exam.

- Create a Pearson account by entering personal details.
- Upon completion of PTE registration, you will receive an email within 48 hours with your login details.
- Log-in using the applicant credentials to search for a nearby PTE test center.
- You also have the option to take the PTE Academic Online, which is conducted in remote-proctored mode
- Select a suitable time and date for the PTE Academic exam.
- Finally, pay the PTE Exam Fee of INR 15,900 to complete the PTE exam booking process.
