CEED Answer Key 2026 – Date, How to Download, Objection Window & Process, Probable Score

CEED Exam Answer Key 2026 – IIT Bombay is expected to release the provisional or draft answer key of CEED 2026 in the 4th week of January 2026. The key is typically released within a few days of the exam online at ceed.iitb.ac.in. The direct link to download the answer key will be provided here.

No log-in is required to download the answer key.

Note that the answer keys will be released only for the online-based Part A. IIT Bombay will not release any answer key for the subjective-based Part B (which is conducted offline).

The CEED 2026 exam will be conducted in the 3rd week of January 2026.

The provisional answer key will contain the official keys to the questions asked in the entrance exam. The candidate can use the keys to calculate the number of correct and incorrect attempts, and then using the marking scheme given in the CEED 2026 exam pattern, calculate the probable scores.

The candidate will also get an opportunity to challenge the provisional CEED 2026 answer key. The final answer key will be released after considering feedback given by the candidate.

To calculate scores using the CEED answer key, follow these steps:

1. Using the CEED 2026 question paper and answer key, first calculate the number of correct and incorrect attempts
2. Assign marks to each question following marking scheme described in CEED 2026 exam pattern
3. Next, tally the marks to arrive at the probable score.
4. This score will give you a fair idea about your chances of admission to participating colleges. You can refer to the CEED cut-off to learn more.

How to Challenge the Draft CEED 2026 Answer Key

In case the candidate has any objections against any key (s) given in the draft key, there is also a provision to challenge the key (s).

The CEED 2026 answer key objection window will open immediately after the release of the draft key. The steps to submit challenges are given below.

1. Go to CEED 2026 website
2. Log-in to the Candidate Portal
3. Click on “Enter your comments or responses”
4. The draft answer key mapped with answer key uploaded is for the question paper uploaded on the official CEED website
5. Choose the correct question number from the dropdown menu and give your comments on that question.
6. Upload supporting documents, if any
7. Submit your comments.
